This hotel worths its money.All the staff especially the waiters were fantastic - they were multi lingual, polite and very good at looking after the guests. Nothing was too much trouble. that its very close to the city center and its place over the mountain.the sea front view. the swing, the pool was nice but a bit cold. the whole hotel is excellent, can compete with a five star,. the atmosphere. free transfer for airport- the bus was not waiting when we arrived and there was some confusion initially but sorted out quite quickly, friendly staff especially the waiters and hotel manager, easy to walk to town - although it was very steep and a bit dangerourous walking with the traffic, mini market/scooter rental/bus stop at the end of the driveway. The hotel staff was very helpful and cooperative, and the location is very convenient for going into the town and the island of Delos. No I would return to this hotel. The only thing that bothered me was that the pools were salt water. the shower was too small but it was ok .Beds very firm, not used to matresses that hard. Incomplete info about airport pickup made for being riped off by a taxi that charged far to much for such a short trip, other taxi's taken during stay longer trips for a lot less money. They advertised having a fitness facility, but didn't actually have one.cold water pool. Breakfast was good, but buffet breakfast is much better.It's a little bit of walk from the town, but we walked it 3-4 times aday no problem... Taxis are not easy to find so most probably you haveto walk it uphill. The receptionists' attitude could be more friendlyand accomedating to questions. I thought a little pricy for what it was. Although it was very very nice, just a little expensive for what it was.One lady at the reception pissed me off with the internet access card by refusing to put it on the room bill. I ordered a sea view double room,there gave me twin bed with no view room, finally they change a double bed with no view room. 20Mins by walk from hotel to downtown.Some of the stuff didn't speak fluently english. The shower in the first double room was really small and the shower curtain just about kept the water in, the bath in the large double room was very slow to drain - hey these things are not the end of the world, but observations from people who travel regularly. its high price. When we got there they did not have any maps which was quite annoying, and they didn't even recommend where to get them from. the staff was not really nice and kind, too far from town. Slightly noisy in rooms but hardly spent much time in them, hard pillows, very small shower in one room and slow draining bath in the other, would like glasses for drinking on the terrace but reception happy to offer these, no pool towels. shower place too small; too many up and down steps to my room (#82), average service from reception. Reception personell could be more friendly. We were waiting 1 hour and half for checking in. We were there at 12 noon and the room was free at 13.30. The shower area is extremely small and the outside area of the bathroom invariably gets wet.The bed was extremely hard and the shower very small for the price paid. a bit far from centre town. The hotel staff could be a little nicer or attentive (they could have offered better recommendations of things to do on the island). When we arrived, there were a lot of other tourists at the lobby but only one person to assist. The hotel is a bit far away from Mykonos Town. It is on the hill. Need to walk up-hill for 15 minutes from the Town Centre in order to go back to the hotel. Not too convenient the the guests. The hotel could have offered hourly shuttle bus or similar service for the customers.Small bathroom.
