I spent one week at the Flora apartments with 3 friends and it has been amazing.
We had a room with a beautiful view of the Caldera and each morning Flora brought us a huge and varied breakfast.
The location is unbelievably stunning and very near to the center of Firà (just 10-15 min on foot). The room is so beautiful and clean and with a fully equipped kitchen (which enabled us to eat at home several times without going outside and wasting money).

Flora Apartments was a very pleasant surprise. It is a traditional style accommodation with spacious clean rooms. The best part is definitely the location and view which is absolutely breathtaking. Having your own balcony with breakfast brought to you every morning was great. Flora (the woman who runs the apartments) is a lovely friendly woman who makes you feel very welcome and aids to the authentic Greek experience (she hardly speaks any English). There is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk .
The room is supecious and very clean! Flora who is the owner of Flora apartment is really lovely lady and she is very freindly and care of our 3years old son very much. My son loves her and he is still telling about her! The location is very good. We stayed sea view room and enjoyed stunnng view every day. Served breakfast in the room is also great as we had a breakfast wtih nice seaview at the balcony everyday!! I definitely reccommend this apartment.
- We stayed two nights here. Our balcony had a very nice view and having a beautiful breakfast served at the time we wanted was great! Flora prepared sandwiches for us even at 5:30 AM as we had to catch our flight. Even though she doesn't speak English at all, she was very helpful by all means.
- Room was very big and clean with three single beds.
- Location is 10-15 min walking distance to downtown Fira and very quite at nights.
Tpo location, amzing view of caldera. Very friedly mama, she speaks only greek, but no communication problem. She served us breakfast on last day at 5:30 in the morning !!! (because we leave very early), we said not necessarry , but she prepared. she is helpfull and discreet.Central location,but very quite.Bus stop 1 min, Thira 10 min by foot.
Lovely family hotel. Large, comfortable and clean room with good views. You can park free on the street next to the hotel. Good value for money. Highly recommended. The owner does not speak much English but no problem and she is very friendly.We have been staying with Flora for over 10 years now. She is delightful and fun. Always with a smile and a giggle. Who wouldn't be when you live in the most beautiful place on Earth!

balcony is breathtaking. She welcomes us with a licor and a local sweet
just perfect.

The flora was realy nice ,a top place.
There is no wifi and the breakfast does get a bit repetitive. Also it was hard having a non- English speaking host but it kind if added to its charm and we managed to figure everything out on our own anyway.
There isn't shower curtain for the shower. so after take the shower, the bathroom is wet... But there is a mop in there so you can wipe and it dry up soon.
- Map and location information is insufficient. We had to stop and ask several times.
- There is no transfer from/to airport/port, you have to arrange on your own.
The badroomis small and after shower is under watered.
The only bad thing is that the shower has no protection, so when we took
shower the bathroom floor was wet. But not big problem.
No internet in the room and no english spoken, only greek.
