Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacey rooms. Excellent service. Good location, as it was very close (about 5 minutes walk) to all points of interest in Fira (for example to the center of Fira, to the cable car that takes you to the old port where all the day cruises to the volcano and nearby islands depart, and to Firostefani which is the northern and highest area of Fira). We were switched room after one day (we were told before we go and agreed to that). Both rooms were comfortabl.
all reviews » The Staff were amazing, gave us a map and showed us lots of places to visit. Our bedroom was very spacious. The kitchen was great with everything we needed. The area Firostefani has a small supermarket in it and quite a few Restaurants if you don't want to walk to Fira which is only 10 minutes on the path behind the Apts. Just a few minutes walk up the hill and you can see the view of the cliffs and the sunset. In front of the Apts. you can see the sunrise. There is a bus stop very nearby and y. This place is just perfect - view is perfect, room equipment ir realy good, breakfast is delicious and rich, staff very helpful. Thanks for pleasant stay! P.S.We forgot the charger and the owner send it to our place! That was realy nice! Thank you!. It is an excellent hotel . The best combination of hospitalityand friendly service . How to get there was not exactly clear, but I should have asked more questions. we were hoping to see caldera view rather than sea view:). Noisy and difficult to find.
