A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds. A little walk to Fira centrum (15 mn) uphills... sweaty in the middle of the day but nice at night.

The staff is wonderful and do all they can to accomodate their guests. They arranged for a rental car at a good price. The hotel is quite nice, quiet and very well kept. It has a beautiful pool area. The room was rather large and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast is good and has a good number of choices. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from downtown Fira. We came to Santorini for the wedding of our best friend and we stayed in Solaris. The hotel was very nice near to the center so we could easily reach our friend's hotel walking. Very nice clean swimming pool and a nice little bar there. The reception staff was very kind and helpfull we hadd all the information we needed. The room was like we saw it in the internet very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is a dream, so romantic. We had room next to the pool (small cold water Jacuzzi really) room 101. The room was quite big with a big shower and the bed on a separate mezzanine.
The views from the room and the pool are out of this world and being next to the donkey trail you have the pleasure of seeing them walk by all day as well as to wake up to the sound of the bells each morning!

The location of the hotel is perfect if you do not want to be in busy Fira. It is just 42 steps down from the main walk way, and Fira is just a few minutes walk away. The views from the private balconies is spectacular. The breakfasts were huge and included a tasty variety.
