Mr. Argiris, the hotel manager/owner was very attentive and willing to help us in everything. They have a shuttle service (not free though, but reasonable) to take you into town, where ever you want to go. He also suggested where to go first. The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Excellent view of the caldera from the shared balcony. Kosmas, the
owner, is kind and very helpful. Very good value for money, considering
how much others charge for the view, if you are willing to share it.
Tip: If you are budget conscious get a room without a view. The ones
with the view just have a window anyway and the balcony is what makes
it worth it.
