Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.

The room was an apartment, and gave us a lot of room to spread out. Close to all major attractions and bus lines. The breakfast was the best that we had in our three weeks in Germany. Cleanliness and friendlyness of staff - On the first day, the staff welcomed us with a little basket with fresh fruits, while it was not included in our reservation at all. That was a very nice surprise.

We've been travelling for over three months now and this is the best hotel we've stayed in. The staff were amazing; the rooms were clean and quiet; wifi was reliable; the breakfast was a huge buffet and there was coffee to go. It was great to leave the car in the free carpark and walk the 2km across the Mosel River into Trier - an amazing historical city.
