Staff. If you need a room for 1 or 2 nights with breakfast and your travelling alone this place is fine. It's basic but clean, friendly and the breakfast is good. It is also easy to travel to Stuttgart central with the subway outside and a 5min trip into the city.The fact that it was basically a mom-and-pop run hotel lent it a certain "old world" charm. All the basics were pretty well covered; the room was clean and quiet; the breakfast adequate; the location not too far from the city center. near public transportation. hotel cleanliness. Privacy. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. train station was very close. easy to get to with U-Bahn, breakfast was small but fresh. No single room on the quiet side, but not too much a problem since the double-glazing cuts most of the road noise.I had all what I nedded, no comments. noise from traffic and city train, no lift. toilet and dusche is out of the room, but it is reflected in the price,. I wished that the hotel had been located a bit closer to the city center but overall it was still not bad. . . .Hotel is basically mom-and-pop run facility--not bad, but looks like a private house that was turned into a hotel; while not too many stops from the main train station, I would have preferred a more centralized location. Also, my room was on a busy traffic street so light sleepers beware. The heater was not working most of the time and it was extremely cold at night.changing of rooms in the middle of my stay was not comfortable and a mess. I could deffinately live without that. no elevator, cigarette smell in corridors, very thin walls, traffic noise, staff doesn't speak English.
