location was perfect....front desk staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Best location for anyone who is visiting Stuttgart for the first time ! The free train and bus pass is a boon !. Central location, immediate access to railway station. Clean. I was were surprised how quite it was. The breakfast was great. Location is Stuttgart center station itself. The hot breakfast they served was good , though the breakfast was charged extra at E 13 per person. Convenience to city center. Staff was helpful with a problem in the room.the central location. Location is good and, for a cheap-ish chain hotel, it was very clean and the room was adequate.friendly and flexible staff good breakfast. It was in the Hauptbahnhof Stuttgart, and very good access to DBahn, S Bahn and U Bahn. Many cheap places to eat there, like Yorma and Mc. Very convienient place. The room is big and clean.Its close proximity to the centre of Stuttgart. Other than fair price , location was excellent. quiet and comfortable. A little pricey! It will be nice if they provide foreign travelers with a tourist map of stuttgart on check-in.Confusion in billing. The TV programs.The room was too warm. no air con so the room was unbearablyy hot and the window opened onto the main road. Breakfast not included. Problem with the refrigerator in room- had to be removed because of strong ammonia smell- staff was cooperative -. would like a clothes iron and ironing board in the room. For the price, no, it was fine. A staff at the reception was very unkind, and always refered to money. It gave me a very depressed feeling. And the basin in the room was partly broken and often stuck. The breakfast was very good, but too expensive, 13.5Euro!. The air conditioning was unbearable on the 3rd floor. We complained each evening and were simply advised that a service engineer would attend the next morning ; he didn't. After paying the full invoice value, I complained in writing and have been offered a meage 320 euros when there the entire party were inconvenienced. At least, someone had the decency to respond but the compensation is paltry. As mentioned above ( Food Facilities and Entertaiment - No English Channels other than CNN - ) they should add more English and Arabic Channels.
