Pleasant staff and amenities good. Garden breakfast room was nice.how helpful the staff people were. Hotel has a good location, it's with in a walking distance to the center, however,as a turist there is nothing to do on Sundays, everything is closed in Germany and all places like restaurants do remain closed for all day. Thank god for Starbucks coffee, just off the main shopping road. charming city with only down point being deserted on Sundays.all reviews »
Central location and had free parking. The Hotel Was Clean and Cosy, the Staff are freindly and the breakfast was excellent. My fourth floor room had no heat and the outside temperature was 0 C. The evening receptionist was very helpful in changing my room after he could not make the heating work. Good breakfast choice. Not enough parking space, only room for 6 cars yet 24 rooms.not enough english channels on TV, as Sundays are completely dead, the only option is watching tely. there was no AC in the Hotel and that wasn\t mentioned in the Hotel page. The morning receptionist should take a course in customer relations. He was miserable and held a conversation on the phone throughout my check out. It was all he could do to speak to me when I asked to leave luggage.
