The staff were very heplful. We needed to leave bags there for a fewdays whilst camping elsewhere and despite our almost non existent Germanthe staff there were very accomodating. Rooms were very clean. Breakfastwas very good. Location was ideal for both walking to the centre andtravelling to other parts of Germany. The staff were very nice, extremely helpful and I was surprised with thequality of the room for such a good price, it was large, comfortable andclean. The good breakfast is a bonus too.all reviews »
This Hotel is located in the center, everything is very close-restaurants, supermarkets, historical center. The rooms are very nice and breakfest is excellent-the big choice. Great room, a very large triple with 3 x single beds as requested. Excellent bathroom. Very comfortable, clean and tidy. Great views from the roof terrace.position is very good,just at the certer of the city and near by railway station;room is very clear and breackfast are very good. The smell of the elevator especially whenever it accidentally goes to U1 level (underground). It actually smells sewer. No A/C in the rooms.Parking was not as convenient as it could have been. I would have liked them to give us a parking voucher or something for street parking or for a parking garage. Big price difference: First night very expensive, second night very cheap. Little noisy, our room has view right on the street. Breakfast was ok but not excelent. Hotel has no parking place , but around are several public places to park the car. The bad think is that you can pay for more than one hour for these places, if you need to stay longer, you have to renew every hour the ticket. would prefer fresh fruit/fruit juice at breakfast in addition to what was offered. another time, might have chosen breakfast in a local cafe, but the hotel breakfast was adequate considering the good deal on our room. I would have liked a cleaner carpet and a TV remote control that worked properly. There wasn't enough space available in the breakfast room to be comfortable. We booked double rooms but the hotel only has twin bed rooms, whichwasn't a disaster but it should have said twin bed in theconfirmation! Especially if you travel with children which will sleepin the parents bed!. Room too hot. lack of cooling system and tourist information. My "non-smoking room" was a smoking room with an air freshener - according to the staff, the hotel has no non-smoking rooms. We have selected the hotel based on the photos presented at the site however the reality was quite different. We have moved to another hotel even despite the penalties charged to us by the hotel.
