  Hotel staff was wonderful and friendly. I was only in this hotel for 3 nights. One day I walked into the hotel lobby and was greeted by name by the staff at the hotel. I had problems getting my wireless to work in my room and one of the staff came up to my room to help me.   Even though it was well out of Munich I chose it as my base and was not disappointed; a fast frequent train service. A nice hotel, everything clean and comfortable and as a change from the big city nice lakeside interludes possible.
