  Nice spacious room with a sunny terrace facing mountains and the sunbathing lawn; the room was very quiet, although it was immediately near the covered swimming pool. The lady who served us remembered our preference for coffee from the first morning and - Everything was OK. Thank you. The hotel has its own SPA and sport center. Plus- Aquaria nearby and golf center not so far. Excellent meal, frendly and helpfull stuff, comfortable room. And there are a lot of activities around Oberstaufen. Mountains, waterfalls etc...

  Highly recommend this Hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious room and as requested located with view of Kofel Mt. Excellent value for money and easy walk to local shops and hiking trails. On arrival Staff escorted us to our room and were always extremely helpful and polite. Free Wireless connection which actually works in room. Free parking. There were fruits and chocolates to welcome us, as well as a detailed guidebook about the hotel's services and town. We also enjoyed the overhead shower which was there in addition to the usual shower. The spa downstairs was also impressive, although some of the baths and saunas were not free.

  I booked a double room for my family, but upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite. I guess the room was available and we were allowed to enjoy it at no extra charge. I don't know if this is policy or just individual kindness from the receptionist, but it has caused us to make Quality Hotels our go-to hotel chain in future travels. It is not oft... what people say » en that a customer gets more than expected! - We got a large suite - 2 rooms - open plan with kitchen and living and bedroom, large bathroom with two basins (!) because we had booked a room with a kitchen and this was the one available. It was excellent value ofcourse. The kitchen has everything one needs including a microwave, but bring your own utensils. The rooms were clean and everything was in order.
