Kind staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast, terrace. good location. To be honest, I was disappointed because I felt the stay did not quite match up to the price and brand. (This could be an aspect of the hotels in Potsdam in general though, I don't know). Good points: The room and floor was clean. The young robust girl in the restaurant in the afternoon/early evening was very kind and thoughtful.
