This is a fine, modern and stylish hotel without being cold or impersonal. Front desk is well managed by excellent and friendly staff who speak very good English, and know the city. The rooms are beautifully done with modern, very clean bathrooms, fine linens and towels. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the best shopping streets in Potsdam and a good selection of very good restaurants. Morning breakfast is excellent. On site parking is very convenient.

If you are considering travelling to Berlin for leisure purposes do not overlook staying at Potsdam, only 20 mins from Berlin. The perfect stay at the city of Potsdam centre, the hotel is great modern and cozy and we can only recommend it; the Sans Souci Park is just five minutes walk from the hotel you can also hire a bike if you prefer; lots of restaurants around are contributing to this city attractiveness. Location is great for sightseeing in Potsdam, and there are lots of nice restaurants around. The breakfast is just outstanding (in fact, the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel), rooms are spacious, staff is always ready to help. Great location and very good facilities. Everything. Well-equipped room with delicious breakfast. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations. Give it a 9.5 rating, and good value for money. Very clean, nicely arranged room, lots of little things like comb, brushes etc. that makes you feel very comfortable. Layout of the bathroom was slightly odd, but this is a minor detail. Common rooms are small and not too cosy. Hotel has a strange structure, our room was a challenge to find. did not have sauna. My room was difficult to reach (two lifts and two corridors) due to the configuration of the hotel. We could only stay one night. No Parking discount for guests. Difficult to find you way around the corridors. The reception lady is not willing to help you. I cannot find the air conditioner for the so-call air conditioned room. There are no curtains for all windows including the small window in the bathroom. No sound proof windows that is noisy at night and early in the morning.
