Excellent family run hotel, very helpful. Great location -- cute neighborhood and 20 minute walk into the old town. We had reserved a 3 person room, but the hotel allowed us one 2 person room and one single for the same price.Not much really. The breakfast was nice. The hotel did not appear to be open when we arrived. There were two motorcycles in the lobby and a bed covered by a dust sheet. No lights were on. We had to go to a nearby hotel and have them call the number on the reservation. Then the hostess met us on the sidewalk 10 minutes later. Very confusing.all reviews »
Rooms were shabby, shower was cold on arrival and on one morning. This hotel would be better described as a backpacker Hostel, the price was far too high for the quality offered. The Ibis in the same town was almost the same price. I would not return.

- Take the A1 motorway until you reach the junction Lotte/Osnabrück
- Change to the A30 and continue towards Hanover

- Take the exit Osnabrück Fledder and continue along Hannoversche Straße towards the city centre ("Stadtmitte")
