Holidaying on a budget, this was by far our favorite hotel. Virtually in the Nurburgring, with stunning views out to the German country side we were impressed. Hotel room was large, clean and luxurious. The breakfast was superb, lots of choices and well composed. The ordinary meny was great as well. The rooms was great. Customer service was excellent, and everyone spoke english as well.

The best place to stay if you're there to drive on the Ring. The breakfast and wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. Staff were very efficient and rooms extremely clean, spacious and comfy. The wifi and parking should be included in the hotel room rate. said they didnt have our booking. Charged for breakfast we didnt have. Charged for two dinners on the same night. Nothing. Could be a little less expensive. Wifi at extra cost for a 4star hotel?, everyone needs wifi these days. Not enough bar staff 1 lady by herself and having to wait 45 mins to get a drink only to get 1 of the 2 ordered which was very disappointing!. Distance from anywhere!. Additional charges for wifi and garage (in the middle of nowhere, why?), restaurant closes early. We had higher expectations in terms of nurburgring related activities / vip services on 5th floor, view from room on circuit ?.
