We stayed in a family room with a 12 and 9 year old. The rooms are situated in several buildings along the street, but all very close to the restaurant, reception and bar. Our room was very spacious with a double and 2 permanent single beds, plenty of wardrobe space, a large bathroom and shower, minibar and tv and parking right outside. There is free wifi throughout the buildings. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The restaurant is excellent and a great place to meet fellow racers bo.

Attended a track day on the ring and I can't imagine staying at another place next time then Tiergarten :) great breakfast, free wifi, free parking just outside and a lovely restaurant with Motorsport theme. Fantastic as always! I have stayed at Hotel am Tiergarten multiple times; it is in a perfect location and is a great price. It's also not one of the corporate run hotels that tried to run the 'Ring into the ground. Dinner at the Pistenklause was fantastic as well. The hotel was clean, quiet, and we had a lovely view from the large window in our room. The breakfast was very good. We returned for lunch buffet also good. Nice location.Friendly staff that spoke English well. We loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. There is no better place to stay when you are enjoying the Ring. A lot of interested and nice people always staying at the hotel. The hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Close to the lovely restaurant Pistenklause. The car racing environment and history. The staff was super efficient and there wasn't any paper work nonsense at all. Food and restaurant was excellent. There was free non-nonsense WiFi. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We ate both nights of our stay at the on premise restaurant. The food was delicious! It is very popular, and you need a reservation. Been going to Nurburg village since 2004, without a doubt this is the best hotel around! Breakfast is superb and the restaurant downstairs is simply amazing!. Try the steaks from the restaurant, they are really tasty!. Mosquitoes!!. Nothing. Longer duvet covers would be nice to cover feet better while sleeping. Also my son found the bright blue light coming from the television disturbing. Even though the television was not turned on, made it difficult for him to sleep. No remarks. The weather was really hot and there was no AC, but maybe it's not that hot all the time. Nothing to dislike. No dislikes. Smells from the "Pistenklause" restaurant filling the main building and automatically operated noisy fan in the bathroom (comes off after a while). But this would be only like 0.005 of a negative point in generally great experience! :). nothing for the price. No comments, it was perfect for my needs. on this visit i did not like the restaurant, the ventilation was very poor and smelt too much ( the cause of this must have been the meat cooking at the table), the food is good but when too many people order the meat to cook at the table the restaurant cannot cope with the ventilation. our group always eats at the restaurant but on this visit we only ate on the first night and ate elswhere the following 2 nights. transport to the nearest town is not convenient. Staff not well verse in sharing other point of interests in this area. Beds were very hard. Nothing to mention... Ummm, nothing! Great place, been before, will be back again. Steak on a stone rocks. Noise from Resturant can be loud at night if you turn in early. Had to sleep on two single beds even though we requested a double room. No mini bar. No air-conditioning.
