The hotel was very clean and staff generally well versed and friendly.Hotel had just opened and it should have been inidated on the book.com website. Close vicinity to innter city. Free ticket for trams within Leipzig. Choice of breakfast buffet very good with yoghurt and fresh fruits, inter alia. Five-minute walk to the main train station and the central part of Leipzig. Very convenient. Good value, since it is new and has not been "discovered" yet. Everything is brand new, works, modern, clean. Nice spacious rooms.

Breakfast with Euro 15 per personne quite expensive. Staff experience a bit rocky. It is so new, it still has that new-building smell ;-) The mattress could be firmer. No gym. Only one PC/printer for printing boarding passes. No complaints whatsoever. When we ran out of soap in the shower, it took 12 hours to find someone who knew how to install a new bottle. Breakfast expensive (€15), but we didn't have it, so can't comment on quality. The sheets and pillow cases were a bit rough. No tea/coffee making facilities. More detailed instructions for aircon would be v helpful. The WIFI was down for 2 of the 3 days of our stay, but this was due to maintenance and the hotel system being so new. Breakfast too expensive. Went to Starbucks across the boulevard for less and better. Air conditioning ineffective and shut off when window opened for air. Even seemed to shut off with window closed. I thought the description said free wi-fi, but we were charged 6 euros for it. The breakfast, which we didn't take, would have been another $20 pp. That seems outlandishly high to me. We walked over to the train station, where we got tasty pastries and coffee for a total of less than 7 euros. No parking at the hotel. However there are public underground parkings in front of the hotel. No complain!. I found some of the staff rather unfriendly and "superior" - most of the staff were fine, however. internet should be free - at very least in lobby. Parking in a parkinghouse sveis the main road. A bit of a drive to make a turn. Carpet. Could not check in until 3pm. Asked for double bed got two singles. Asked for a bath & got a shower. Had to pay 8 euros per day for high speed wi-fi. internet connection extremely low and the price outrageous. Our bathroom hadn't been well cleaned and some products missed.
