Well equiped apartment. Great location.Excellent location near railway station and Thomaskirche and inner city; spacious and fresh. Cleanliness of rooms.The noise of the building work outside. Drilling at 7.45 is not ideal whilst on a break. There are awnings in the bedroom which do not block out light at all. There is bright street lighting outside and when I switched off my bedroom light it was like I still had the light on. They should consider putting curtains up.Building not really complete: bathroom mirror not attached to wall, no toilet paper holder or soap holder in shower; reception difficult to find, especially with Easter holiday weekend; no soap provided, not enough towels or toilet paper; internet access not actually available in room. No soap. No refill of toilet paper. Rooms very bare, not much furniture.

Our apartment hotel is in the town centre yet is in a peaceful location. It is only a few steps to the main train station and its promenades. 7 days a week and until 22:00 there are over 80 shops open here where you can pick up anything you want. The picture gallery is right opposite.
The "Waage" building and the Old Town Hall are only a few minutes walk away. The concert hall and lots of other sights can be reached in foot.
