Good price with exception of second night rates, inflated owing to big event happening, beware of travelling during major conferences and events, price is four times normal daily rate.   I loved everything, the maid and receptionist were very serviceable and polite.The breakfast is wonderfully.(just little far the center, but there is transportation near) - Great night's sleep. Clean and comfortable. Spoke great english and helpful clerks.

  Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Breakfast was good with lots of variety cereal, fruit meat. Very nice very pleasant BR room on 6th floor. Car park was locked and protected. Hotel less than 1 block from train/tram station for those ... what people say » going to Phillips Hall as I was. - Lovely hotel, extra friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, amazing breakfast. All in all, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.

  very friendly staff working there, we came there about 10:00 AM (before check in time) and our room was ready and they even invited us for free breakfast that day. Every day breakfast was delicios with very fresch bread, meat, different cheese, cereals, coffee.....Room was very spacious and clean with almost new furniture.   Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. It is a seven minute walk to main railway station and mainshopping area and river rhine are within walking distance. Hot and coldbuffet breakfast choice excellent. There is always a pot of hot coffeeand... what people say » cups in reception. - Bathroom in the room was very clean. Breakfast had an excellent choice. Reception staff were very very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and was excellent value for the 35 euros per night that included breakfast.
