The lift was still not working (the website said it was due to be fixed by the end of August) and we were on the 5th floor.Unfortunately, we stayed in the hotel at the same time as a group of adolescents who did not understand that the hallways and corridors are very noisy. We did not get much sleep because we had to phone the hotel staff every few hours to make the group stop shouting and running in the corridors. It was not something the hotel staff could control but it was still a problem for us.A staff member who was rude and impolite.Far from downtown.
