  The hotel was old fashioned but very well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn.   The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic ... what people say » control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day. (Still it's an open area so you can drive in/out - We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1.   Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. I recommend staying there :) - almost everything. nice people, nice and large room with lots of considerate elements, care about guest's special request. very good location, there is a big shoppingmall just around the corner.
