  The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. Balcony was really nice to have although more use in the summer! We enjoyed the BluRay Player! The restaurant is great for breakfast/dinner, with very tasty and modern cuisine. The apartment is in a good location, between PrenzlauerBerg and Mitte. The U-Bahn and StrassenBahn (BernauerStrasse) are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. You can go walking to the city centre (Mitte). In 20 minutes you are in Alexander Platz.   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

  If you want a clean modern room on a budget it was very good although if you are looking for a social aspect wouldn't recommend. - Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz, Museum Insel, etc also U-Bahn station Bernauerstrasse. Room was not overlooking street, so in a quiet position looking onto a small, albeit scruffy, garden/courtyard.

Very helpful, cordial, friendly, and warm. The location of this spot is pretty much perfect if you want to be in Mitte or up near Prenzlauerberg, it is a perfect spot if you want to wander into... what people say » bookshops, boutiques, the local parks, or get on the metro and explore other neighborhoods.   Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.
