Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room. The conscierge was very helpful and efficient and the location of the hotel cannot be beaten. Definitely the place to be when you're in Berlin!! The view and thelocation were just amazing! I'll definitely be back in that hotel. Ibooked that room because on offer due to the small size, but I swear itwas definitely big enough and with all the comforts.
