Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room. The conscierge was very helpful and efficient and the location of the hotel cannot be beaten.

Definitely the place to be when you're in Berlin!! The view and thelocation were just amazing! I'll definitely be back in that hotel. The breakfast should be served a liittle longer for me... (Till 12 amat least).I was advised, without they asking me, a room without a view, my reservation was however a business class room. a bit overcrowded. no - hotel was fantasti.Sauna should be open at 6:00am. Nothing really...Other guests might have had problems but we had nothing at all.Cost of breakfast is extra and €17 per person.I think hotels should be able to cost breakfast into the tarrif...many do!!If they dont then the price should be more realistic 18 euros is a bit rich . Especially this hotel which is surrounded by many breakfast spots at a third of a price. All hotels should provide tea and coffe making facilities.Pay TV was expensive and there wasn't alot of choice for movies, TV only had one english speaking channel. All in all we really enjoyed our time at the hotel!. See above about information concerning the room choice - but that is aminor problem - we were confortable and staff were helpful and friendly- yes, I would recommend the hotel especially in view of the rpice wewere charged, but breakfast at € 17.50 is totally unacceptable.
