Impressive ! Customer service is very good. Quiet room even on road side. Swimmingpool and sauna inside the hotel. Heater in the floor in bathroom. desk chair to work. Location! It's next to Hofgarten (nice park with playground for small children) which you walk through 5-10min to get to the edge of the city centre. From there it was very easy and quick to get to the different Christmas markets, shopping areas, restaurants etc.
