  Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.   Hi, I stayed at your hotel as I was running in the Berlin half marathon. On a practical level everything in the hotel worked well and was spotlessly clean. B - I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

  The staff was great! They all were really nice, helpful and friendly. Special thanks and praises go to Damian. Also, rooms, showers, toilets were very clean & nice. I am so lucky to stay in a dorm with 6 girls and 1 boy. And I met a really nice girl there!

I was also a little disappointed that there were few cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and that the hotel seemed to be in a business district and residential apartment district.
