The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

The location is perfect. Mitte is a great area with lots of vintage
stores, nice restaurants en great pubs. Within a couple of minutes you
walk to the river Spree, which runs through the hart of the city. Big
hotspots like Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburger Tor,
Reichstag, Bundestag and Holocaust Denkmal are doable walking. I can
recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again
