Stayed here 3 nights in October-November 2013 and it was a good experience. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from Osloerstrasse U-Bahn station (u8 and u9 lines). Check-in can be made at the automatic machine they have outside of the hotel and it is quite fast. I stayed in a single room, it was clean, modern and cozy, with all the basic facilities needed despite being a very small area. The breakfast doesn't have a huge variety but it is acceptable. Overall, I strongly recommend this hote.
all reviews » The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again. I liked that what I saw on the Internet was what I got. The manager Denis was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was very good. I like the 24 hour check in facility as well. I would not hesitate to stay there, next time I am in Berlin. The hotel is brand new and I like the modern design. It's few minutes walk from the underground. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was ready earlier, so we were able to check in and leave our luggage. The building.was new so every thing worked as it should,the room was clean and comfortable .Staff were good but forgot to ask for payment.Probably my fault Now fixed Breakfast good but only continental. this hotel design is near to accor hotels group same ibis and i like it we can say everythings is best and enough . very clean hotel with good facilities very friendly and helpful staff. new designed romms modern style. Nice quiet clean hotel, close to the citycentre by undergroud, very kind staff. Good design and looks much better than most 4 star hotels. Newly furnished. Great value for money, relatively near center, clean, efficient. near subway-fast internet-friendly good for businesses trip easy to reach from airport. Kindly staff, clean room. The cons I found are: small rooms (if you need a lot of space, try a different hotel) and the reception isn't always available. Room is v small, thanks god i only had 1 baggage. No telephone in the room to call other rooms or to call reception. Hotel is understaffed, only 1 lady to do almost everything. Breakfast is rather modest taking into account the price. Also the breakfast room is very small. Luggage left at the reception is stored just in front of the desk (it's not secured). As it was warm during our stay,air conditioning would have been nice .not to have A/C installed in construction unusual. It was quite a long walk to any restaurant and main train station. Sliding bathroom door with little privacy. One morning we couldn take a breakfast, at 05.05.2013., because buffet are closed.
