  The hotel is located close to Ostbahnhof and very close to U5 station. There are two bathrooms on the floor and I never had to wait for it.   The stay at Boxhagener Höfe was the best experience I have ever had, in and out Berlin. I regularly stay in hotels but this stay was just perfect. The welcome is very warm and sincere. Nothing is too difficult, service is their keyword. The check-in went very smoothly and was also personal. I rarely have seen so much professionalism and genuine fr... what people say » iendliness, especially not by a rather young aged staff. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was light and spacious, equipped with all facilities. - This is one of the best holiday accommodations I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and like staying in a 5* hotel. The area is very cool with lots of restaurants and bars plus it still has the feeling of 'Old Berlin' about it. Very handy for rail connections. The staff are truly excellent and very welcoming, it was like staying with a close friend, you can't say better than that.

The street location is at first sight unappealing but the hotel is very close to Prenzlauerberg, one of the nicest areas of Berlin.   We loved the location. We stayed at the Lichener location and it was in the heart of a lot of action, but quiet due to the enclosed court yard.
