  courteous staff. the receptionist was really nice and helpful whenever i needed anything. it was nice to have a wash machine on the premises as i notice is hard to find a laundromat in the city. the breakfast was wonderful. the attendant kept it well stocked and i didnt have to ask for anything. i also liked that it was right next door to the u ba... what people say » hn. i could easily get to all the major sites. - We booked a twin room and were given a large apartment for 2 people with huge amount of storage space. Super shower and bathroom, own kitchenette (not used), lounge with dining area and separate bedroom. Very warm on an icy couple of nights in December. Extremely welcoming staff who spoke excellent English. Spotlessly clean. Excellent rate.

  Clean, comfortable and very convenient for bus tours and shopping - It was fine, nothing outlandish, nothing flash. Good staff, very welcoming - and their English language skills were far, far better than my German, which was much appreciated.
