The owner is wonderful and the place is new, clean and very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotless, modern and cozy. Large flat screen tv in the room, and in the shared kitchen-living-lobby area. A very open, friendly and welcoming place. Cannot say enough good things about it!

The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Localitation is really great. By walk it takes 16 minutes to get Bradenburg Tor. The rooms are very clean and spaces. In the area you can find cheap fast food or elaborate dishes from the region or anothers. -
