Staff was really friendly, even afterwards. I was there on business, but had to leave in a hurry, so I forgot the quittance of the payed bill. I contacted Ibis the first day after may stay and the send me a quittance via E-Mail. I needed it to get the recovery of my business journey. Very friendly and professional staff. 5 minute walk from the central train station. Tram stop in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was great.

It is adjacent to the train station, very quiet, ample breakfast and clean and modern. It is close to the zoo and easy to get around on public transportation. It was clean, modern, staff were friendly,close to the railway station and trams to the main shopping centre. The resturant and breakfast was great. Location was excellent close to trams and the train station. very close to central station, decent prices, do not expect fireworks, this is Ibis. In my room the bathroom looks like those on some yacht!! That was nice and oddly!!!. Stylish design and comfort. city centre location. They kept forgetting to bring second set of towels to our double room:). Front desk has only one person. We loved our stay and have no complaints at all. POOR wi if... Lack of free wi if in our rooms. No alarm clock in our rooms. The housekeeping could have been better for example... I had a sore throat and took a cup of hot water and salt to gargle every night... But the next day the housekeeper did not take these dishes away. But regardless they cleaned the rooms well every night. free WLAN only in lobby, but that is standard for IBIS hotels everywhere. difficult to find way to my room, it was a maze of corridors. This is not a hotel. .it is a ymca accommodation. .rooms too small and the toilet/shower is in the cupboard too small and plastic like with no real toiletries or fridge in the room. Not a good value for money eith price changing as occupancy rate changes ; Service is poor ; breakfast not good value.. Location is ok near to train station but do not open window as noise from station will keep you up all night. Not highly recommended Roo.
