Monday morning breakfast was only cold buffet ( no hot selections) yet the breakfast rate is the same as other days of the week.Not my type of hotel, being an older "tower block" with so so refurbishment and catering for the "bus" trade. Due to low activity, the kitchen was closed, which nobody would expect in this category.I received an automated wake-up call at 6:30am which I did not request. When I called to complain, the staff did not seem to think this was a problem. At check out the staff was nicer but I feel they should have made my breakfast or mini-bar purchases complimentary or free of charge.
