Clean rooms with nice updated furnishings. Hotel provided written directions to several restaurants within walking distance. Excellent breakfast and comfortable dining room. Nice staff. Free parking is available. Garage costs 7 Euro extra. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection. We ate dinner at Restaurant Italia a couple blocks up Rathhausstabe at it was incredible. The owner was so nice and friendly. His food was awesome.

Lack of parking Space Restaurant. some road noise. Nosiy location. While close to public transportation, it's right next to the street car rails and a busy road, so if you have the windows open which we had to because it was hot, you would hear traffic and the street car running late into the night. A little far out from town. Very lose to tram stop but after 9pm trams only run every 30 mins. Poor breakfast, no fresh fruit and awful coffee. Not very friendly.
