I asked for a ketchup and they offered me a "bavarian mustard" (which is in general not included in breakfast). The mustard was great and they gave it to me the next day without asking.

I'd best describe the hotel as a "very comfortable, high quality hotel with friendly backpacker hostel type ambiance". Everything has been thought of to make the stay easy, agreable and fun - including option for travellers on a budget. Everything is brand-new and pretty well designed. Very stylish and simple. Breakfast for additional price but that was a good choice of food. The location is excellent: lots of bars, cafes and fruit markets. Just across the hotel one can find small shop to buy fish sandwiches. The centre is reachable by S- and U-Bahn, at the hotel also one can borrow a bike (we didn't try but it supposedly included in price).

Use of washing machines, use of the kitchen, dvd with big screen in movie room and internet surfing: all this is free. Free WiFi in the lobby. I've stayed here numerous times, love the central location near the main train station and the happening street nearby with cafes, bars and restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Never tried the breakfast as I usually go to one of the nearby cafes or bakeries due to sleeping in. It's always my first choice to stay here. Free wifi. Some rooms have no bathroom, so you need to make sure what you're after...
