The hotel is clean and the personnel is friendly. The price is very fair. The location is very good for those who want to live near the train station for some reason. The hotel is also very close to the city center. Very convenient to train station, very good quality for the price, the best hotel I've stayed it in Frankfurt when considering cost, quality, service etc... Will be back.

I had to leave my key at the front desk every time I left the hotel. the breakfast was not good value for money.also the staff were not very welcomeing the tables and buffet could be better equipped.lack of parking facilities, though the were options near by.
