Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. I like the location and cleanliness of the Hotel . and the efficiency.
all reviews » Our room! The beds and the location. Easy to find & go anywhere. The staffs are very nice. good service. Was able to check-in earlier than booked. Some staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location right next to tram and train stops. - the location & easy access to the fair - quiet ambient. Breakfast was ok. Service at the desk was ok. If it's possible they will help you. Comfortable beds. Comfortable beds. The design was good ،the beds were comfortable . nothing. Only a single, very small and slow elevator, which I imagine if you needed to use during the peak hours of the morning would damper your experience. My advice: Leave earlier in the morning to avoid the elevator rush, or pack lighter so you can use the stairs!!. The too expensive breakfast!. room 207 has a safe but wick wi-fi; room 213 has stong wi-fi signal but I didn't find the safe. Booked a double room, received two single beds pushed together with two single duvets Room had very limited selection of coffee/tea, only powdered milk but better selection was available in reception. Internet did not work and when it did, was very slow. Reception could not offer directions to basic tourist place (Main Tower). - no air conditioning for the rooms - no enough lighting in the rooms. Still, the boiler had a low capacitance. Have to wait for 2 hours to fill the bad again with hot water for my partner. Very dry air in the room. Noisy when you open the window. The big difference in prices during the fair and the dates out of the fair,ridiculous!!! Breakfast area is always very stuffy. Espresso not available.Ridiculous small shower. Almost impossible to move. We will never overnight there again. Location. The staff are really bad they held me back for 15 minutes and I had to go to the airport they said I didn't book any thing from the letsbookhotel.com I showed her the confirmation letter but she didn't care , they said the rooms are air conditioned but it was not ! it was very far from the zeil shopping mall . simply I would never go to that hotel again plus the sound of the trains was very loud !! hope to correct the letsbookhotel.com informations. train noise workmen at 2 in the morning. located next to train station, bus stop, tram stop, drinkers shop, no A/c on upstair room, at night the trains will pass attached to hotel on more then 4 line from front and back. not recommended at all far from city.
