Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a very quiet area. The rooms were very clean with a modern decor. We appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities in the room.check-in, check-out was great, the room was clean, the hotel was near the main rail station. New or renovated hotel, hotel parking, close to railway/subway station, possible to reach city center on foot.Close to the bus stop, easy connection to main train and subway station. Excellent customer service and more comfort and comodities than one can find in a normal 3 star hotel.Close to everywhere ... a few minutes away by taxi .Quiet area, at least weekends. The room was a bit small so I do not recommend it for long stays.As we were only there for two nights it is hard to comment but personally would choose to be closer to the centre another time. 1. location in a industrial area (but german industrial architecture is worth to be seen) 2. closest connection with city center - bus station with wery rare traffic.Rooms should have minibar. The surroundings (some kind of an industrial block) could be a bit nicer. :). It would be nice if there was a restaurant. The room was very small, need some more space. The price of the room during the fair day's were in excess of 200 euros which is not justified.the prices during the heimtex fair are too high for this level of hotel. wrong account address, wrong price in the account. dirty carpet, not good value for money. everything.the room was too small, too cold and far too expensive.seriously overcharged. Hotel was basic but the price reflected four star which this was not byuk standards. Smelling bathroom with moisture damages. location poor...miles from anywhere.....rooms small and cheaply furnished...noise all night from industrial area next door.
