  Well having spent two nights in this hotel, one on the Saturday going to Berlin and one on the Friday coming home, all I can say is 'WOW". I thought that it would have been very difficult to improve on my first visit to this lovely hotel. But it was indeed better. The staff were even more friendlier, especially the young lady who served us our din... what people say » ner, a special thanks to her. But also, I made a comment about not having coffee in our room on our first visit. And sure enough, there was a brand sp - We loved Hotel Landhaud Knappmann. The hotel and staff was excellent. We traveled with our 11 month old son and they were very accommodating. The breakfast that is included with your room is something to see. The restaurant attached to the hotel is wonderful was well, there was no need for us to leave the hotel to find a place to eat. The hotel is wonderfully located down the street from a grocery store, bakery, And atm.

  I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. It was one of the best hotels I have ever used. The room was small, but cozy and very clean. Every single staff member was very friendly and caring. They treat their guests just like family members. Their breakfast was just gorgeous.   Really nice appartment in Zollverein, a suburb of Essen. We only used it as a place to crash between to days on the road. - Just opposite to the ruhr museum and in the city centre this is the best hotel I got during my Europe tour. - Very easy place to stay. Parking was over the road in free car park and tram was 30 seconds from apartment.
