I've been wrongly informed by the staff member when entering the room that all beverages in the fridge are included in the price of the room and it wasn't actually the case. 2. I've been told I would have had a birthday surprize (special dessert for a birthday) but it was not the case because of a certain misunderstanding.

Take the A 52 motorway in the direction of Essen/Oberhausen up to Breitscheid junction, exit Rat.-Breitscheid, 200 m to traffic lights, filter right in the direction of Velbert (B 227); 1.8 km to the roundabout (ESSO and BP), turn left in the direction of E-Kettwig; 1.3 km further on turn left in the direction of E-Kettwig, 3.3 km down the road is the entrance to the Hotel (heed the right of way).

FROM COLOGNE OR OBERHAUSEN (A 3)
At Breitscheid junction get in the Essen lane, keep right, exit Rat.-Breitscheid, 200 m to traffic lights, filter right in the direction of Velbert
