blankets and we were delighted to find those and very modern bathroom
fixtur -
Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

Hotel is budget-friendly and located in quite area, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from city center. Hotel has free parking and wifi. Close to airport, only 10 minutes and about 10-15 euros for a taxi.
Spotless clean rooms, comfortable, lovely furnishings, all maintained
very well. Wonderful service from attentive capable staff who solve any
problem you give them.
Fast front desk checking in and check out, couldn't have been better. They make a big effort.

"Great apartment in excellent location”
Beautiful historic building. The apartment was large and comfortable, completely renovated, all brand new, very quiet and yet with easy access to the attractive places in the city. The staffs are friendly and customer oriented.
Stayed only a night but it was still a great experience and I wish I could have stayed longer, especially as The Red is right on the river Rhine.
