The most comfortable location in Dortmund : close to city centre, bus shuttle bus from\to airport, railway, comfortable large suites. We were allowed to check in at 9.00am instead of 15.00 that was very convenient. everything the bar..the bedroom, the hole suit was great!!!! i didn't expected to be so nice, so elegant...it is more beautifull that it is shown in the presentation pictures from the internet.

It's not my first stay at NH Dortmund Hotel I like the most romms are big and confortable also the breakfest ist exellent. It was extremely close to the train station , yet quiet and comfortable.Possible to check in early (around 12:00), very good location next to the central train station. Clean room. Good size room; good breakfast; centrally placed. Location in the very center. was no slippers. well not that i didn't like it but..because it was very cold outside i think you should raise the heating power during day and nights in the rooms.. it is a big suit and it needs a lot of warmth. Breakfast was expensive at 16 euros.We would like to have had tea making facilities in our room. probable that breakfast should be included in price. No restaurant in the hotel , only pizza in room service. curtains too light: too much light during the night. they secured (freezed) ffom my card eur 150 two times (while said tt did that once untill check out) and after check out and payment was done for living the money not returned back to my card yet !!!! . Very expensive breakfast. Would have been useful if the bar had been open. The room was extremely hot, the air didn't work.No international news papers, the serving of coffee during breakfast was slow and breakfast was overpriced at 16 euro). It was very warm in the hotel corridors and the elevators are much to slow!. No air-conditioning in room; very noisy when windows open. The clerk was very unfriendly. I booked two Twin rooms, i called the hotel to make sure i will have 2 twins, i wrote also the massage while making reservation. When i arrived the lady at the reception told they dont have any twins left because they sold it yestarday to some group. This hotel just dont care about guests. Hotel is located next to railway station so you can count trains instead of sheeps while you can not sleep. Very loud !.
