Excellent location practically beside the Cathedral. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the apartment didn't have any features that were not kid friendly like sharp cornered tables, lots of trinkets etc.. We had three children under age four and it went smoothly. They loved looking out the window at all the action outside. The supply of free coffee and a bottle of beer was a nice touch too. We arrived 3 hours prior to check in time, yet as the Apartment was ready, we were allowed take up occupancy straight away.We had our own entrance to the swimming pool which we used every day. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful than they were. We were given assistance with our bags as there was no lift up to the Apartment.

The price was fantastic for it's Location we went to the Christmas Markets which was a lovley walk over the Rhine river (Bridge) about good 15-20 min casual stroll. And a fantastic Bakery near Hotel less 2min walk that you must try. Staff were very friendly and customer service as fantastic. We loved our stay at hotel. Expecially the Hotel was a place to sleep not to sit around in.
