  Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome.   The twin room was spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds and equipped with all the facilities a guest could possibly need. The service was excelent, very helpful and kind staff! - The people at the Hilton Koln are allways friendly and helpful. This is always good in a country outside of the US.
