The hiking around the area are superb. World class. If you hike, this is it! It is in the Mosul River Valley and there is not a bad view from anywhere. The owners are very nice. The food is excellent. The facilities are great. I will reccommend this place to everyone. - Breakfast was good and adequate, we really enjoyed this!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had a large bathroom and toiletries provided which we found rare on our travels at similar guest houses. It even had a kitchen with a refrigerator which was convenient. It was outside of the main city, but the walk wasn't too bad to walk into the city. -

we had a wonderful stay. we requested a room with a view of the castle and - or the mosel river and they gave us both....it was truly beautiful and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to be in cochem. - The staff were extremely friendly spoke good English and did all they could to make our stay a good one.
