The room was very spacious and comfortable. It had a large bathroom and toiletries provided which we found rare on our travels at similar guest houses. It even had a kitchen with a refrigerator which was convenient. It was outside of the main city, but the walk wasn't too bad to walk into the city. This accommodation was the best. We had the top floor and could see the Cochem castle from our bedroom. I can not fault this accommodation. Very clean, coffee available , decent cups, glasses and a great little kitchen. Will recommend this one to everyone. Value for money.

Due to it being the top of the house the walls/roof are always very close, making the appt small. We knew upfront but would not go again due to our length. Nothing. The Wifi connection was very hit and miss and often reception was only available in the stairwell. There were no spare blankets in the room, just the two single duvets on the bed. A bit too far from the city centre, but anyway you can have a lovely walk along the river... About 1km from town. On second floor. Impersonal 'welcome' on the end of the intercom. &Quot;I will open the door. Keys are inside". No reception area. Not really a hotel. No personal contact until we met by accident on the stairs next day. Route instructions not clear. No microwave. No bowls for my breakfast.
