This hotel is well located (close to the City Centre), spacious, modern, with comfortable and very clean rooms, includes a convenient and easily accessible underground garage. The breakfast is excellent, with a large variety of excellent food. The hotel staff is client oriented, helpful and nice. Location (3 min. walk distance to U-Bahn, 20-25 min. walk distance to the city center), room facilities are incredible (iron, equipped mini-kitchen, large room space), stylish room design, excellent breakfast, hospitable staff. The best hotel for business trips.

They never greet when we enter or exit the hotel, and treat us as if we do not exist. The Hotel Kanzler is located just south of the city centre, between the Museum König and Bundesrechnungshof Auswärtiges Amt underground stations. Bonn’s main sights and shopping areas are all within walking distance, or a short underground train journey away.

Travelling information

If coming from the north on the A555 motorway towards Bonn, take the Bonn Nord exit, and head for Koblenz on the A565 motorway. Take the Bonn-Poppelsdorf exit, follow the Reuterstraße, and take a wide left turn into Kaiserstraße. Take the 2th street on your right (Schedestraße) and then the 1st street on your right (Buschstraße).

If coming from the south on the A560 motorway towards Bonn, take the Sankt Agustin exit, and head for Bonn on the A59 motorway. Take the Bonn-Poppelsdorf exit, follow the Reuterstraße, and take a wide left turn into Kaiserstraße. Take the 2th street on your right (Schedestraße) and then the 1st street on your right (Buschstraße).

From Cologne/Bonn aiport, take the 670 bus to Hauptbahnhof (Bonn's main railway station). From the railway station, take the tram 16/63/66/67/68 as far as the Museum König stop, or take the 610 bus towards Bad Godesberg, and get off at the Schedestraße stop.
