The woman who runs the hotel is wonderful! Very helpful and very kind.Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent, in a lovely roomoverlooking the back balcony, which is filled with plants. This hotel is wonderfully situated, small and personal. The staff all made me feel as though they wanted me to be there, and their warmth towards me was "family" like.Very service-oriented, helpful staff. Nice breakfast choices. Very close location to University of Bonn, site of a meeting I was attending.
