  The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great right next to Fredrichstrasse Train Station. The hotel before check in and after you check out the hotel will look after your bags so you do not have to carry them about. - The room was very good and the staff very professional.

  This was a fabulous small hotel in the heart of a great neighbourhood of Berlin - Prenzlauer Berg. Unbelievable location in quiet area yet steps from the hip shops and cafes in this great area. The room was huge and fantastic with two big bathrooms. Breakfast was great! Loved the lobby, and the entrance to the hotel, and pretty much everything... what people say » about it! - Comprehensive breakfast everyday - excellent! Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Shower room well kitted out with new fittings - brilliant shower! Good travel connections. Good restaurants in locality.

  Contrary to some negative reviews, we found the breakfast great and the staff helpful and visibly eager to please as they busied about their different tasks. Great value for money and close to town, forget about your car for 4€ a day and visit Berlin on public transport - Sbahn just 3 minutes from the hotel. - Room was spacious and clean. Also t... what people say » he toilet was spaciaous enough. Hotel is nearby to Bahn station that is great. Breakfast is good. From the station, it is just 10 mins to reach AlexanderPlatz from where Berlin cirecly city tour bus starts.
