A modern bedsit suitable for a short stay. Good location for all transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money

The residence is very close to Alexander Platz that is in the hart of downtown animations and at several minutes walk only from museum historic sites. It is also at 3 minutes walk from U-bahn, 6 minutes walk for S-bahn, 10 minutes walk from txl bus to Tegel Airport. While along a big boulevard, the inside building is completely new and design like shown on internet. Our room was on the other side with a balcony and on a completely quite area. The design of the room was perfect, it was very clean and very nicely decorated and with no noise at all. The wifi speed connection is perfect. I began such an experience of an appartment instead of a room hotel, it is wonderfull for two, you have a kitchen a sofa for TVn a very large bathroom a dinning table for six, you feel like at home.

The only inconvenient it that you should better take your keys at the office before is it closed at 6 pm. Then no problem.

Was very hot in the room even with the heating off. Also could hear everything through the wall of the next apartment.

Right near AlexanderPlatz , best location for city tour, excellent staff, comfort modern sty room and facilities

the staff was very kind and attentive. the room was well designed, spacious, with original furniture. the room was clean and pleasant. very close to alexanderplatz (5 minutes walking)

i think there should be some service (even by phone) after the reception hour,(at night also).

no shower in my bathroom and apart from the bed the furniture was uncomfortable. tacky interior design.

Very nice design apartment. Comfortable bed. Great location for moving around visiting Berlin.

Being a studio with a kitchenette, it would have been nice to have some product for washing the dishes.

Location was great. not expensive. flexible check in hours. beautiful design. public transportation in a walkable distance.

I was at weekend so the rooms were not cleaned, sheets and towels was not changed and no refill of toilet paper.

Amazing the recent rennovations were smart the place was brand new ultra clean - could not beat the value. 3 bedrooms 4 tvs 2 full bath - simply amazing !

The apartment was very clean, attractive and full of style. Cosy balcony. Nice and helpful personale, who even did the dishes! :-) Wauw, what a great place!

we stayed 3 days and nobody came to clean, but I guess that's the concept of the apartment rental and maybe there is a cleaning service after a particular number of days

Room decoration, facilities was new

For four days accommodation there wasn't cleanning services at all. Thus after second day the place was a mess and we run out of towels

The location and the design of the room is pretty good.

The room is quite stuffy! Because its very new house, the smell of the paint is really strong, and I don't think it's good for the health. The most probably people should open the windows, unfortunately, it will be very annoying because of the location. Even I was on the 8th floor! Suggestion: really need some machines (which I dont know) to circulate the air in the room instand of opening the window.

Quite spacious and modern, very convenient for public transport.

Had to pay a security deposit of e300 which takes up to 2 weeks to be refunded? Can't understand delay. Really this product is not suitable for short stay guests, better stay in an hotel where security deposit issue won't arise. Apartment has no aircondition so sleeping was difficult in sweltering summer temperatures. Would'nt stay here again.

New apartment, very clean and comfortable for 2 people. Very quite. Great and large bathroom. The location is nice. Early check-in was possible.

Had problems with the internet, and there was no one available to answer (all weekend and evening). There were no cleaning products (soap, washing cloths etc) in the kitchen, so we had to purchase them in order to do the dishes, and there is no broom or anything to clean the floor with (when an accident happens) There were not enough towels as well. They don't except American Express card.

The apartment was clean and well presented

It is in the same complex as a backpacker's hostel which has an outdoor area in the courtyard that is used at all hours. The noise from the people using the courtyard is very loud and we had trouble sleeping.
